Using your Email

With the rising amount of spam and junk flooding into our mail boxes everyday, it is hardly a surprise that we are reserved when giving out our email address on the internet. We will only ever give your email address to another agency or company if it is in your best interest.

During your order process with us you will receive three emails from us.

1. Order Confirmation - Just a quick email letting you know that the order went through our system properly, this is a good time to check your details are correct with us.
2. Despatch Confirmation - An email sent the day your goods leave us on courier, this will have a tracking number and link to a site where you can track your order
3. Review your Order This is an email to which you have the option of leaving feedback on the ordering process or product quality.

Newsletters

We will only send you a newsletter if you ask to be sent one at point of account creation / ordering. If you do receive a newsletter from us in mistake please let us know by replying with unsubscribe.
