On the 18th May I ordered this Item for a birthday present on the 20th May, alas when it was delivered it was damaged. I phone throught to stores direct and the staff were so helpful when I told them I needed one for the next day and sent me a replacement delivered on the 20th. But once again this was damaged. On phoning the company again the offered to send me another or give me a full refund. I elected to take the refund as the birthday had passed. The refund is now in the process of being delt with. Let me say if you have any doubts of dealing with this company, don't have as the staff are most polite and ever so helpful and I give them top marks for customer service. it was not their fault that the couriers damaged the item, but would suggest that the packaging system be looked at in detail.
