The yellow and the blue areas shown below are both charged at slightly different rates, and the only way to get an accurate delivery charge is for us to get a quote from our couriers for your specific requirements.
We can also deliver to mainland Europe.

We use a number of different carriers to send our products and it depends on the size and weight of the product as to which carrier we decide to use for your order. The carriers we are currently using are: TNT, UKMail, XDP, Interlink, Parcel Force, Palletways and Fastways.
If you are not at home when the carrier tries to deliver your order, they will leave a calling card stating the date and time they attempted to make the first delivery. They will then attempt to make the delivery again over the following two days. They will leave calling cards each time they attempt to deliver. The calling cards contain a telephone number for your local carrier depot and we advise that you contact the carrier when you receive the first calling card, to inform them of a suitable date for delivery. If the carrier attempts to deliver on more than one occasion without success, or without receiving any contact from you, the goods will be returned to us. In these circumstances, if the goods are returned to us, we will need to take an additional payment to re-despatch the goods, to cover the additional costs involved. If you would prefer the carrier to hold the goods at the local depot, so you can collect them at your leisure, you must contact the carrier and inform them of your request within 24 hours of receiving the first calling card.

We deliver to all parts of the UK including Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland.
We no longer ship direct to Europe. However, we have arranged for you to obtain the best possible prices for shipping overseas. In order to get a quotation and book your delivery please call World Wide Freight on 01268 681207.
Yes, it depends on the products, but some are delivered on pallets. When we despatch your order you will be contacted if the goods are to be delivered on a pallet, as we will need to ensure the delivery driver has adequate access. Pallets are generally taken away by the carriers, if requested by customers, but can be left, if this is preferred.
Yes, at the point of check-out you have the option to add any additional comments you may wish to add. Sometimes we are asked to write a message on the packaging, such as ‘Happy Birthday’ which we will attempt to do, but cannot guarantee. You can also request that the order is left in a secure location, such as a porch or behind a side gate. We must have written confirmation in the additional comments box to allow us to leave the products in a specific area. Please be aware that if you request that your order to be left without a signature, it is entirely at your own risk.
We can deliver your order without a signature, as long as your order is not being sent on a pallet. If you would like a product to be delivered without a signature, you MUST state this in the additional comments box prior to check-out. Please be aware that if you make a request that your order to be left without a signature, it is being left at your own risk.
We cannot guarantee the time of day your order will be delivered. However, most carrier companies try to make deliveries before 1.00 pm and collections after 1.00 pm. You can contact us to upgrade your delivery to a before 12.00 am, before 10.00 am or before 9.00 am delivery, but specific delivery times will incur an additional charge.
Yes, we can deliver your order to an address different to the billing address. At the point of check-out you will be asked for the billing address and delivery address.
We have a large warehouse facility where you can collect your order, if you would rather not wait in for a delivery. We do ask that you contact us, prior to your arrival, just to make sure that we are able to assist you when you arrive. Please be aware that our warehouse closes promptly at 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
We rarely make deliveries in our own vehicles. However, if an order is being despatched locally, we may deliver the order in one of our own vans. Generally, deliveries are made via our carriers.
Unfortunately our carriers will not contact you prior to delivery. This is a service we would like to offer in the future, but at the moment we do not know of a carrier offering this service.
Our standard prices do not include the option for a weekend delivery. However, you can upgrade you order to a Saturday delivery, although this will incur an extra charge. Please contact us, on 0845 338 238, for more information about our Saturday delivery charges.
Normally all orders will be dispatched and received within 5 to 7 working days. However this cannot be gauranteed, due to unforseen circumstances such as breakdowns, sickness, etc.
If you need your product delivered more promptly, we do offer an express delivery service (subject to availability). Contact us for further details regarding this service
Larger items (for example Furniture) may take longer to deliver. Please do call us to discuss our delivery timescales for larger items.
Although our standard delivery is between 5 and 7 days, we do offer 48 hour delivery in the form of an express delivery service (subject to availability).
